According to Decision No. 1789/QD-BGDDT dated June 30, 2025 of the Ministry of Education and Training , the Vietnamese delegation was led by Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang, Director of the Institute for Innovation Research and Quality Assessment. The delegation also included Artificial Intelligence (AI) experts from the University of Technology (VNU Hanoi), the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology, the University of Science (VNU Ho Chi Minh City) and representatives of the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training.
The team consists of 8 outstanding students selected from the Vietnam Artificial Intelligence Olympiad 2025 (VOAI 2025):
1. Nguyen Phu Nhan, grade 11, Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted, Da Nang ;
2. Nguyen Viet Trung Nhan, grade 10, High School for Gifted Students in Natural Sciences , VNU Hanoi;
3. Bui Dam Quan, grade 12, Hanoi National University of Education High School;
4. Nguyen Huu Tuan, grade 11, High School for Gifted Students in Natural Sciences, VNU Hanoi;
5. Bui Quang Nguyen, grade 12, High School for Gifted Students in Natural Sciences, VNU Hanoi;
6. Hoang Cong Bao Long, grade 11, Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted, Da Nang;
7. Nguyen Khac Trung Kien, grade 12, Hanoi National University of Education High School;
8. Nguyen Nhat Minh, grade 10, High School for Gifted Students in Natural Sciences, VNU Hanoi.
IOAI 2025 is not only an intellectual playground, but also an opportunity for Vietnamese students to learn advanced AI technology, spread the spirit of innovation, creativity and the aspiration to affirm the position of Vietnamese intelligence on the global technology map. The event demonstrates the efforts of the education and training sector in developing talents, towards an innovative and sustainable country based on knowledge and technology.
