Facebook account Thuy Huong posted selling smuggled goods and was fined
Accordingly, the personal Facebook, Zalo, and Tiktok accounts named "Thuy Huong" regularly posted information offering cosmetics and beauty accessories. Through professional measures, the authorities determined that the above accounts were directly managed and posted by Mr. Vu Van Thuy, the owner of Vu Van Thuy Business Household (born in 1992, address Ha Phuong urban area, Thanh Mien town, Thanh Mien district, Hai Duong province).
Authorities destroy smuggled goods
Authorities conducted a surprise inspection at the facility and discovered 2,304 tubes of SVMI foundation (cosmetics) and 11,000 eyelash curlers (beauty accessories) of unknown origin, with a total value of more than 45 million VND. The business was fined 25.5 million VND for administrative violations and forced to destroy all of the above goods.
Similarly, when inspecting a business establishment of Mr. Tran Trong Phong (address 103/443 Dien Bien , Binh Han ward, Hai Duong city) who regularly posts goods for sale via Facebook and Zalo under the name "Phong Thin", the authorities discovered that the establishment was selling 164 tubes of hand cream, 80ml; 95 bottles of feminine hygiene solution, INTIMATE brand, 250ml; 63 bottles of body lotion, Vaseline brand, 425ml, goods of unknown origin, with a total value of 21.47 million VND. The authorities drew up a record to impose a fine of 17 million VND and forced the destruction of all violating goods.
