Pig price today June 16: Highest 75,000 VND/kg

Pig prices today (June 16) remained stable across the country, with the highest prices still recorded in the Southern region.

In the North , the price of live pigs today has not changed compared to the previous day.

Specifically, localities such as Bac Giang , Hung Yen, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Thai Binh, Vinh Phuc, Hanoi and Tuyen Quang all maintain the level of 69,000 VND/kg.

Meanwhile, Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Nam Dinh, Ha Nam and Ninh Binh are being purchased by traders at 68,000 VND/kg.

Currently, pork prices in the North are still fluctuating around 68,000 - 69,000 VND/kg.

In the Central Highlands region, the live pig market also continued to keep prices unchanged.

In Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Quang Binh , Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh and Khanh Hoa, live pigs are currently purchased at 69,000 VND/kg.

Ha Tinh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue maintained lower levels, at VND68,000/kg. Dak Lak recorded a price of VND70,000/kg, while Ninh Thuan stood at VND72,000/kg.

The highest price in this region belongs to Lam Dong and Binh Thuan, both reaching 73,000 VND/kg.

Pork prices in the Central Highlands are currently between 68,000 - 73,000 VND/kg.

In the South , the price of live pigs today also did not record any new adjustments.

The two localities with the highest prices in the region are Tay Ninh and Long An, both reaching 75,000 VND/kg.

The price of 74,000 VND/kg was recorded in many localities such as Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Dong Thap, An Giang, Kien Giang, Hau Giang, Ca Mau, Tien Giang, Bac Lieu, Tra Vinh and Soc Trang.

Vinh Long and Can Tho are purchasing live pigs at 73,000 VND/kg, while Ben Tre is the locality with the lowest price in the region at 72,000 VND/kg.

Currently, the price of pork in this area fluctuates between 72,000 - 75,000 VND/kg.

In general, the price of live pigs on June 16 continued to move sideways in all three regions. The North and Central regions kept prices stable at around VND68,000 - 69,000/kg, while the South led with the highest price of VND75,000/kg.
