Draft Circular amending and supplementing a number of regulations on decentralization of administrative procedure implementation in areas under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade

The Ministry's leaders have approved the policy of assigning the Ministry's Office to preside over and coordinate with units under the Ministry to develop a Circular amending and supplementing a number of regulations on decentralization of administrative procedure implementation in areas under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (in the form of one Circular amending and supplementing many Circulars) according to the simplified procedures in Document 462/VP-THCC dated April 10, 2025 and Submission No. 526/TTr-VP dated April 18, 2025 of the Ministry's Office.
