NDO - On December 30, Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee held the 41st Provincial Party Executive Committee Conference, term XI, to implement the personnel work process. Comrade Nguyen Loc Ha, member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee was elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
With 46/46 votes (100%), the Executive Committee of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee elected comrade Nguyen Loc Ha, Vice Chairman of the Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Previously, on December 26, 2024, the Central Party Secretariat issued a document agreeing to allow the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee to conduct an additional election for this position.

Comrade Nguyen Loc Ha was born on April 19, 1974, hometown is Chanh Phu Hoa ward, Ben Cat city, Binh Duong province; has the following qualifications: Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Political Economics, Senior in Politics. During his working process, he has held many important positions, such as: Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot city and from October 2020 to present, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province.

The conference also announced the Prime Minister's Decision approving the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province for the 2021-2026 term for comrade Bui Minh Thanh, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Ben Cat City Party Committee.
The conference also conducted steps to elect comrade Nguyen Kim Loan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 2020-2025 term; elected comrade Ho Phuong Nam, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ben Cat City Party Committee's Inspection Committee to join the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

The conference also sought opinions from the members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on a number of members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Provincial Party Committee members ceasing to participate in the Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee for the 2020-2025 term and ceasing to hold leadership and management positions to retire early.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Binh Duong province, highly appreciated the efforts of comrade Nguyen Loc Ha and other elected officials during their work, contributing to the overall development of Binh Duong province in the past time.
At the same time, he expressed his confidence that the elected comrades will continue to strive, promote their individual capacity and collective strength in leading and directing the successful implementation of socio-economic development, national defense and security goals and tasks, contributing to building Binh Duong province to increasingly sustainable development.
