According to state regulations, the Vietnamese women's team will have 25 members rewarded for winning the 32nd SEA Games gold medal. Of these, 20 are players and 5 are coaches. Each player will receive 45 million VND. Each coach will also receive a bonus of 45 million VND, but unlike the players, the coaches will only receive 60% of this amount. The remaining 40% will be divided among the local coaches of the players in the team. Thus, coach Mai Duc Chung and 4 assistants will receive 27 million VND/person. The remaining 18 million VND will be transferred to the local coaches who initially trained the players. The determination of the grassroots coaches will be carried out by the General Department of Sports and Physical Training to avoid the situation of giving the wrong rewards. Not only the women's team but all other teams must comply with state regulations as stated above. The bonus from the state budget for the Vietnamese women's team is 1 billion 125 million VND. Adding up the fees, the women's team will be awarded 4 billion 925 million VND. And there may be more bonuses coming in the coming days from businesses.
