Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park stops providing infrastructure services from August 1

From August 1, 2025, Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park will stop providing technical infrastructure services including: electricity, water, wastewater treatment... This is the announcement of Sonadezi Corporation sent to businesses operating in this Industrial Park.

Specifically, according to Official Dispatch No. 484/SNZ-DAKD dated July 10 on the liquidation of land lease contracts at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, in order to implement the Project of Converting the function of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban - commercial - service area and improving the environment (project), Sonadezi Corporation requested enterprises to coordinate in implementing 2 contents. First, urgently contact Sonadezi Corporation to complete the procedures for liquidating land lease contracts and using technical infrastructure before July 15, 2025. Second, after liquidating the contract, enterprises need to proactively relocate assets according to the roadmap so that the Provincial People's Committee can implement the project.

According to the plan, before August 1, 2025, the site clearance of the priority land area of 154 hectares will be completed; before December 1, 2025, the clearance of the entire Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park (about 329 hectares) will be completed.
