The delegation included National Assembly deputies: Dieu Huynh Sang, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Le Hoang Hai, full-time National Assembly deputy at the National Assembly's Committee on Science , Technology and Environment; Trinh Xuan An, full-time National Assembly deputy at the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense and Security; Nguyen Cong Long, full-time National Assembly deputy at the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice; Vu Ngoc Long, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade and leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors.
The delegation supervised the projects: Dong Nai River Road, Dong Nai River Embankment and Central Axis Road from Vo Thi Sau Street to Dang Van Tron Street.

The Dong Nai River Road Project has a total length of about 5.2km, with a total reclaimed area of more than 17 hectares from 557 cases. Up to now, more than 99% of the land has been cleared and handed over to the investor, and the resettlement plan for 304 cases has been approved; the location of Mr. Phu's house has just been approved by the Provincial People's Committee to locally adjust the zoning plan at a scale of 1/2,000 of Buu Long Tourist and Residential Area, Buu Long Ward (old), now Tran Bien Ward.
The Dong Nai River Embankment Project has a total length of about 5.2km, a total reclaimed area of 2.6 hectares, with 130 cases of land acquisition. The locality has completed the site clearance for households, but the embankment area of Thien Hau Co Mieu has not been completed because it is being retained.
The Central Axis Road Project from Vo Thi Sau Street to Dang Van Tron Street has a land acquisition area of over 33 hectares. Up to now, 100% of the compensation, support and resettlement plans have been approved; 86% of the site has been handed over to the construction unit. The biggest problem of this project is the resettlement arrangement for over 150 households and there are over 30 cases that do not meet the resettlement conditions and have proposed to buy social housing.

At the meeting, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Bui Xuan Thong said that the above projects are all behind schedule. The head of the monitoring delegation requested the locality to clarify the cause. Determining the exact cause is the basis for proposing adjustments to the master plan, land use plan and legal documents. The delegation also requested the locality to promptly submit a complete report to the delegation for synthesis and recommendations to competent authorities.
