From here, Hanoi Department of Transport decided to adjust the traffic organization plan on Thang Long Boulevard.

Accordingly, vehicles are prohibited from circulating on the Thang Long Avenue service road on the right side of the route from the entrance to the intersection of Provincial Road 80 to the exit of the Lang - Hoa Lac High-Tech Park intersection. On the left side of the route, from the entrance to the intersection of Lang - Hoa Lac High-Tech Park to the exit of the intersection of Provincial Road 80.

The agency also decided to limit the maximum speed limit to 60km/h for all vehicles traveling on Thang Long Boulevard.

Buses are allowed to travel on Thang Long Avenue, maximum speed allowed is 60km/h.

Motorbikes and rudimentary vehicles are allowed to circulate on the emergency lane of Thang Long Boulevard, with a maximum speed of 40km/h.

The Department of Transport requests the Traffic Police Department - City Police to arrange forces to guide traffic flow for vehicles participating in traffic to ensure traffic safety and avoid traffic jams. Strengthen inspection and handling of violations of traffic safety and order on the route and nearby ramps and intersections.
