During the 7-day course, students will study, research and exchange 10 lessons according to the regulations of the Central Propaganda Department with basic knowledge of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought such as national independence associated with socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam; promoting the strength of great national unity, socialist democracy in Vietnam, building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state.

The class is an opportunity for new party members to access research and acquire knowledge, helping to cultivate and improve their awareness of ideology as well as action. On that basis, each new party member will develop a plan to continue striving to become an official party member, contributing to building and consolidating an increasingly clean and strong grassroots party organization.
