Along with that, units review and seriously implement the direction of the Department of Education and Training on implementing Official Dispatch No. 2407/BGDĐT-HSSV dated May 16, 2025 of the Ministry of Education and Training on promoting the role of students in implementing the "Digital Education for All" Movement. The Department of Education and Training notes that units carry out propaganda, raise awareness, promote the spirit of self-study, self-improvement of digital knowledge and skills; turn the process of learning, practicing, improving and applying digital knowledge into the personal needs of each student.
Units need to promote the vanguard role of young people, with the core being students ineducational institutions with specialized training in the field of information technology, and through volunteer activities, green summer... during the summer break to popularize digital skills for people, especially those in difficult and disadvantaged circumstances in the area.
