With the motto "Democracy - solidarity - discipline - creativity - determination to win", the Congress focused on discussing and approving the report synthesizing comments on the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party, the draft Political Report of the Provincial Military Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

On the basis of thoroughly understanding the resolutions of the higher-level Party Committees, the practical situation of the locality, units, and assigned tasks. The Congress determined the directions, goals, tasks, and leadership solutions for the 2025-2030 term.

Accordingly, the Congress agreed on 9 targets, military and defense tasks and Party building work for the 2025-2030 term.

Specifically: Advise, direct, coordinate, guide implementation, strive to have 100% of communes and wards achieve strong national defense by 2030; select and call citizens to join the army to reach 100% of the target; arrange and staff reserve mobilization units to reach 98% or more, the rate of military professionalism is 90% or more; appoint and arrange 100% of officers of the Military Command at the commune and ward levels according to criteria and standards; build, upgrade, and repair to ensure 100% of the working houses of the Military Command at the commune level according to regulations; coordinate to build 100% of military cells with committees, the rate of party members in the militia and self-defense force is 30% or more, the rate of party members in the militia alone is 27% or more, the rate of party members in the reserve mobilization unit is 15% or more, 100% of village (team) team leaders are party members. 100% of Party committees and organizations completed their tasks or better; in which the Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Regional Defense Command and 85% or more of the affiliated Party organizations completed their tasks or better; inspected and supervised 100% of Party members and Party organizations...
