Deeply aware of the vision of the Country in the face of new opportunities, Phenikaa University creates a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary, multi-field educational ecosystem with 5 member schools, 4 specialized faculties/institutes, more than 100 training programs, providing practical human resources according to social needs.
In particular, the University focuses on key areas following the development trend of the digital age, priority areas lacking high-quality resources according to the national strategy such as: semiconductors, artificial intelligence, big data, automation robots, advanced biomedicine, energy and advanced materials... These are the areas identified by the Vietnamese Government in Decision 1131/QD-TTg (2025) on strategic technology groups and Official Dispatch 83/CD-TTg (2024) on training high-quality human resources, considered the core driving force to realize the aspiration of making Vietnam a developed country by 2045. Phenikaa Technical School – Training high-tech engineers in the 4.0 era
The School of Engineering offers 28 undergraduate and graduate programs in five specialized faculties: Electrical-Electronics, Mechanical-Mechatronics, Materials Science and Engineering, Automotive and Energy Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry and Environmental Engineering. With 25% of lecturers holding the title of Professor, Associate Professor and 86% holding a PhD degree, the School is a pioneer in research and development of core technologies such as: semiconductor chip design, autonomous vehicles, solid lithium batteries, new material technology, nano materials... With the support of basic and applied research institutes (Phenikaa Advanced Research Institute - PIAS, Phenikaa Research and Technology Institute - PRATI, Nano Research Institute - PHENA) as well as Phenikaa Semiconductor Design Training Center (PSTC), students not only study and research in a modern practice space but also directly participate in national topics and practical technology transfer projects with the guidance of leading experts and scientists.

Phenikaa School of Information Technology – Promoting innovation towards the digital future
With key areas of computer science, artificial intelligence, data science and information systems, Phenikaa School of Information Technology aims to become a center of excellence in training, scientific research, innovation, transfer, career guidance and entrepreneurship. Possessing a team of experienced lecturers, of which >60% have a PhD degree or higher, many lecturers are experts/managers from prestigious enterprises. The school creates conditions for students to directly participate in research projects and practical applications of AI, embedded programming, software system development, and to be imparted practical experience and integration capacity in the field of global technology. Along with specialized training, the school promotes research and application of advanced technology to create breakthrough solutions, create incentive mechanisms, and promote cooperation between students - lecturers - enterprises. With a wide network of international partners and close relationships with businesses, especially the support of Phenikaa Group, the school's students have many opportunities to intern and work in domestic and international technology businesses after graduation.
Phenikaa School of Medicine and Pharmacy – Training a medical team with solid expertise, good medical ethics and service spirit
Considering human resources as the key factor determining the quality of training, Phenikaa School of Medicine and Pharmacy gathers a team of experienced lecturers with more than 50% having PhD degrees and 15% having the title of Professor, Associate Professor. The school currently has 8 specialized faculties, 15 training programs including: undergraduate system including: Medicine (training general practitioners), Rehabilitation Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Midwifery, Dentistry, Traditional Medicine, Biomedical Science, Hospital Management; postgraduate system including: Master of Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology and Drug Preparation, Nursing and PhD in Pharmacology - Clinical Pharmacy.

Phenikaa School of Economics – Training for integration in the knowledge economy
As one of the oldest traditional units of Phenikaa University, Phenikaa School of Economics is currently training more than 8,000 students, with 17 multi-level training programs. Many of the School's training programs have met the quality accreditation standards according to the Ministry of Education and Training's standards, and some programs are preparing for accreditation according to the FIBAA International Standards. In order to improve the quality of training and employment opportunities for students, the School has established a Business Advisory Board, built a cooperative network with more than 30 member units in the Group and many other prestigious organizations/enterprises such as: Vietcombank, BIDV, Karofi, JW Marriott Hotel, Melia Hotel, Intercontinental Landmark...

Phenikaa School of Foreign Languages and Social Sciences – Training foreign language skills and cultural connection in the integration period
Developing on the foundation of a harmonious combination of basic knowledge and modern thinking, Phenikaa School of Foreign Languages and Social Sciences constantly updates the latest research achievements in the field of social sciences, especially language science and foreign language education. Currently, the School operates 6 specialized faculties: English, French, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Oriental Studies with 7 undergraduate and postgraduate training programs, with a scale of more than 6,000 students. With 100% of lecturers trained abroad, and a network of 150 international partners, the School's students are not only trained to develop comprehensively in foreign languages, communication skills, humanistic and social thinking, but are also inspired, imbued with national culture, promoting the role of a bridge between Vietnam and the world in many fields.
In parallel with 5 member schools, Phenikaa University develops 4 affiliated faculties/institutes, playing a role in expanding academic depth and enhancing integration and promoting internationalization, including: Faculty of Interdisciplinary Digital Technology (FIDT), Faculty of Law, Faculty of Basic Sciences, and Institute of International Training. By 2035, Phenikaa University aims to establish Phenikaa Law School and Interdisciplinary Digital Technology School, with a scale of 5,000 students each.
