Review of My Family Suddenly Happy episode 46 aired on the evening of August 11 revealed the scene where Mr. Toai (People's Artist Bui Bai Binh) gave Phuong (Kieu Anh) a sum of money so she could return to her hometown to build a new life.
Phuong refused, but Mr. Toai tried to convince her: "This is what your parents gave you, you have to accept it. If you don't take it, your parents will be very sad." Mr. Toai also advised Phuong that in the 10 years of being a daughter-in-law, if she had any sadness, she should forget it all and wished her a peaceful and stable life.
Mr. Toai gave Phuong some money so she could return to her hometown to build a new life.
Meanwhile, Cong (Quang Su) takes Phuong to her parents' house in the countryside. Phuong's father (NSND Cong Ly) sees Cong and sarcastically thanks his son-in-law for bringing his daughter back.
When Cong apologized "for not living properly in the past", Phuong's father became even angrier and replied "Why do we have to live properly and make things worse, like our daughter?"
Seeing her father looking annoyed with Cong, Phuong spoke up to explain that she initiated the divorce. Phuong's father looked at Cong and said reproachfully: "I know. It's right for a woman to be bored with her husband if she doesn't know how to give birth."

In another development, Ha (Lan Phuong) tells Tram Anh (Kha Ngan) that there are too many problems at home, so if her parents know that Tram Anh and Danh's (Thanh Son) marriage is in trouble, they won't be able to bear it.
Ha advised her sister-in-law to think and talk to her husband, if something can be overlooked, if they truly love each other, then get back together, don't be like Cong (Quang Su) and Phuong. Hearing Ha say that, Danh suggested Tram Anh go in the car with him.
