Previously, at 7:30 p.m. on July 11, Tran Hung Dao Ward Police received a report from a resident that an electric bicycle and many children's belongings were found without an owner at the Con Son relic site. Immediately after receiving the report, the Ward Police sent officers and soldiers to the scene to find the owner. Due to the mountainous terrain, the search was quite difficult, so the Ward Police coordinated with the security force of the Con Son - Kiep Bac Relic Management Board to search.
By the morning of July 13, the authorities found T. in a state of panic on the road to Ngu Nhac Mountain. T. was taken to the Tran Hung Dao Ward Police Station and given proper care. Due to T.'s limited awareness, identifying his identity was quite difficult, and the Tran Hung Dao Ward Police had to take many measures to find T.'s relatives.
