Binh Phuoc Province Poetry Club strives to have 5 works set to music

BPO - On the morning of June 30, the Binh Phuoc Poetry Club held its 4th congress for the 2025-2030 term and celebrated the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Binh Phuoc Poetry Club; at the same time, it held a poetry exchange between provinces.

Representatives of poetry clubs from neighboring provinces and cities, along with local government leaders and 63 official delegates attended the congress.

The organizing committee presented souvenir flags to delegates attending the congress.

Binh Phuoc Poetry Club was established on March 25, 2010, with 15 members, and now the club has 63 members. Over 15 years of formation and development, members of Binh Phuoc Poetry Club have composed and published many valuable poetry collections, set to music, and many works have won high prizes at competitions organized at all levels. In the 2020-2025 term alone, the club won 3 Gold prizes, 4 Silver prizes and 1 Encouragement prize at the National Poetry Festival; won 4 First prizes, 8 Second prizes, and 6 Third prizes at the provincial level.

The representative of the Vietnam Poetry Club presented the flag of the unit with outstanding achievements in the activities of building and developing Vietnamese poetry to the Binh Phuoc Province Poetry Club.

In addition, the club also does a good job of taking care of members when they are sick and supporting flood victims.

In the 2025-2030 term, Binh Phuoc Poetry Club will continue to innovate, create, and merge with Dong Nai Poetry Club to grow stronger; strive to have 5 poems set to music; over 30% of members will be awarded at all levels...

The congress elected 5 members to the club's Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Ms. Le Thi Cam Tuyet was re-elected as President of the club; and 7 delegates were elected to attend the higher-level congress, including 2 alternate delegates.
