TPO - The newly completed 10-meter-high, 27-meter-wide bronze relief at Hung Temple depicts the scene of Uncle Ho saying the immortal words "The Hung Kings built the country, we must work together to protect the country" in front of the Vanguard Army in 1954.

The relief work “Uncle Ho talking to the Vanguard Army” was started in June 2023 at the Gieng Temple intersection in the Hung Temple special national historical site (Viet Tri, Phu Tho ). The work has now been completed and is ready for the inauguration ceremony on April 8.

The relief is made of bronze on a concrete and steel frame. The work is 10m high and 27m wide, depicting Uncle Ho's conversation with the Vanguard Army in 1954 at Gieng Temple.

The painting depicts Uncle Ho's conversation with the Vanguard Army Corps before the soldiers returned to take over the capital in 1954. The conversation took place on the steps of Gieng Temple, part of the Hung Kings Temple historical site.

"The Hung Kings have built the country, we must work together to protect the country" - Uncle Ho's immortal words to the Vanguard Army on September 19, 1954 at Gieng Temple with the prominent yellow color on the red bronze relief background.

The scene of palm forests and tea hills typical of the Phu Tho midland region on the relief. This work was donated by the Central Military Commission - Ministry of National Defense , worth 50 billion VND.

Surrounding the relief is a complex of yard, garden, lighting, flower beds, trees, and steps. The yard is like a large stage that can host many outdoor events.

On both sides of the relief are installed 12m high stainless steel flagpoles, each side has 6 poles.

Workers are cleaning the construction site in preparation for the inauguration ceremony, which will take place on the morning of April 8. This is considered the largest bronze relief in the country today.
