Ensure all citizens receive gifts before National Day September 2

State treasuries in all regions will work throughout the September 2 holiday, ensuring that people receive gifts (VND 100,000 each) before National Day on September 2.

On August 29, the State Treasury issued an urgent dispatch to change the time for electronic bilateral payments and the time for converting 8-digit bank codes during the National Day holiday on September 2.

The ultimate goal is to ensure that gifts (in the form of bank transfer or cash) reach people in a timely and complete manner, completed before September 2.

Accordingly, the State Treasury has temporarily suspended the conversion of 8-digit bank codes, in order to prioritize focusing all resources on the important political task at hand.

In addition, the State Treasury system will work on September 1 and 2. To ensure that payment transactions are not interrupted, the State Treasury will work and conduct electronic bilateral payment transactions, coordinate state budget collection with commercial banks during the two official holidays...

The State Treasury requests that directors of state treasuries in the regions direct functional departments and transaction offices to arrange civil servants (including leaders and specialists) to work throughout the September 2 holiday (from August 30 to September 2), ensuring timely payment to the people.

In addition, treasuries will pay policies and regimes for subjects affected by the organizational arrangement according to regulations, if requested by the budget using unit.

The State Treasury also requires coordination with the Department of Finance to account for additional central budget targets for provincial and municipal budgets when there is an allocation decision from the Ministry of Finance ; coordinate with the People's Committees of communes to account for additional provincial and municipal budget targets for commune, ward, and special zone budgets according to the allocation of the People's Committees at the provincial level...
