Opening of the 1st Lam Son Fruit - Cuisine Festival in 2025

On the evening of August 30, Lam Son Commune People's Committee held the opening ceremony of the 1st Lam Son Fruit - Cuisine Festival in 2025 with the theme "Ripe Fruit Season" to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Attending the festival were comrades: Lam Dong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Nguyen Tien Duc - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Chamaléa Thi Thuy - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Khanh Hoa Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions.

The festival will take place until August 31, with many attractive activities such as: Folk game contest; "Go to the garden - Go to the kitchen - Receive gifts" at garden houses; culinary show "Flavor of Lam Son" with diverse culinary stalls; display and sale of typical agricultural products of the locality and neighboring communes such as: durian, rambutan, mangosteen, jackfruit, hydroponic vegetables...

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the festival, Mr. Dinh Van Tri - Chairman of Lam Son Commune People's Committee emphasized that the festival is not only an opportunity to promote and introduce specialty fruits, typical agricultural products, images of the land, people, culinary culture, and tourism potential of Lam Son Commune, but also to honor the achievements of farmers. He sincerely thanked the people of Lam Son Commune for their contributions to the festival program; and hoped that in the coming time, the people of Lam Son Commune, organizations, businesses, and sponsors will continue to pay attention, support, and accompany the government in agricultural development, trade, tourism, and social security activities, which will be a driving force for Lam Son Commune to continue to innovate and develop sustainably.
