Tung Thien Ward: Many activities to celebrate National Day September 2

The folk dance performance program has attracted and inspired cadres, women's union members and people of Tung Thien ward in promoting the folk dance movement. Folk dance has also become a regular activity in the community, contributing to enriching the cultural and spiritual life, improving the health of women and people of the ward, building the image of civilized and elegant women of the capital.

* Also on August 30 , the Women's Union of Tung Thien Ward organized the launching of the model "Model historical relic" at Thu Trung communal house relic site.

The communal house was built in the year of Giap Than 1764, the 25th year of King Canh Hung and was extensively renovated in the 4th year of Minh Mang (1825). Thu Trung communal house worships Tan Vien Son Thanh - one of the four immortal gods in Vietnamese folk beliefs. The communal house includes the following construction items: Nghi Mon, Ta, Huu Mac, Dai Bai and Hau Cung. The communal house was recognized as a provincial and city historical relic in 2005.

At the program, the Women's Union of Tung Thien Ward launched the "Women's Group for Propagating Good Behavior" at the Relic Site with 6 members. The group is responsible for propagating and promoting the cultural and historical values of the relic; guiding visitors to practice a civilized lifestyle; mobilizing women members, people and tourists to comply with the Code of Conduct in Public Places of the Hanoi City People's Committee.

The Women's Union of Tung Thien Ward also organized a signing ceremony of a commitment to implement the model of "Model historical relic" between the Women's Union of Thu Trung residential group with representatives of the residential group leaders and the Relic Management Board; at the same time, a signboard of criteria for implementing the Code of Conduct in public places in Hanoi city was posted at the Thu Trung communal house relic site.
