The exercise was codenamed TM-25 with the theme "Moving the Regional Defense Command (PTKV) into combat readiness; organizing preparations and practicing defensive operations, firmly protecting the area".
The requirements for the exercise are to be close to the actual situation, promote collective intelligence, the role of the Party Committee, the commander, the host, flexibly apply theoretical principles to practice, be suitable for the new model associated with the operation of 2-level local government, handle situations well; ensure confidentiality, safety and economy.
At the exercise, the PTKV 6 - An Nhon Dong Command Board has fully prepared the required documents and ensured the good location of the exercise. Organized training for the exercise framework and rehearsed some contents before entering the official exercise.

During the practice process, meetings are conducted in accordance with procedures and principles, resolutions are made accurately, and the principles and methods in handling situations are firmly grasped. From there, the role of the exercise framework in each exercise stage and each training issue is promoted.
In which, in the stage of organizing defensive combat preparations, after receiving combat orders and additional situations given by superiors, the commander and the PTKV 6 - An Nhon Dong Command Department, based on the practical situation, thoroughly grasp the tasks, calculate what needs to be done immediately for the department, assign tasks to organize coordination and instructions to ensure, study, evaluate and conclude the situation to complete the determination.
At this stage, the commanders have a firm grasp of the content and order, have good expression methods, and are clear and decisive in maintaining the direction of each meeting to ensure it is on time.

As for the defensive combat practice phase, although it took place on a map, it still created a certain attraction. Especially when the Commander of the PTKV 6 - An Nhon Dong Command had to handle some unexpected situations according to the request of the Provincial Exercise Steering Committee.
Lieutenant Colonel To Bac - Commander of PTKV 6 - An Nhon Dong Command - acknowledged: "Through the exercise, we contribute to training and improving the qualifications and command capacity of the commanders of the agencies and units under our authority; ensuring the improvement of the qualifications and combat readiness of PTKV 6 - An Nhon Dong Command. The unit will also organize experience sharing to serve as a basis for adjusting and supplementing plans for the task of transitioning to combat readiness and other assurance plans in the coming time."
Following the exercise, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Ngoc Canh - Deputy Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command - commented: The roles performed well in their assigned duties, tasks, and positions; the command actions and training framework in assessing, evaluating, and discussing how to handle situations were timely, in accordance with principles, and close to the given situation. The organization and operation of the conferences in the exercise were carried out strictly and concisely, but still ensured the correct order, complete content, and timely response to the developments of the combat situation.

Directly monitoring and directing the exercise, Colonel Dinh Van The - Deputy Commander, concurrently Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Exercise Steering Committee, highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the forces in overcoming all difficulties, building determination, solidarity and unity to successfully carry out the assigned exercise tasks.
Colonel Dinh Van The affirmed: The purpose of the exercise is to improve the level, capacity of command organization, coordination and staff work for commanders and PTKV Command agencies associated with positions, functions, tasks, management areas, and undertaking defensive operations when implementing 2-level local government.
Through exercises, research, supplementation, and adjustment of determination, defensive combat plans, and plans to ensure defensive operations; help commanders and agencies gain practical experience in organizing, coordinating, and practicing exercises. Serve as a basis for forming practical theories, applying them to staff, leadership, implementation, and guidance of commune and provincial defense exercises, meeting the requirements of the new situation.

The Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee for the Exercise requested that after the exercise, the Command Committee of PTKV 6 - An Nhon Dong promptly and seriously organize experience sharing, overcome weaknesses and weak points; continue to innovate organization and methods, improve training quality, and practice exercises close to reality, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
After the exercise, the Provincial Military Command will also organize experience review, as a basis for adjusting and supplementing the exercise content and methods to suit the functions, tasks, organization and staffing of the PTKV Command Board and the Border Guard Command Board, as a basis for supplementing and adjusting plans for A tasks, changing combat readiness status and other assurance plans.
