(gialai.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of August 31, at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square (Quy Nhon Ward), the opening ceremony of the Street Festival with the theme "Colors of the Ocean" took place. This is an activity within the framework of the Quintessence of the Great Forest - Convergence of the Blue Sea Festival 2025, taking place from August 29 to September 2, 2025, in Gia Lai province. Attending the opening ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Tuan Thanh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Quintessence of the Great Forest - Convergence of the Blue Sea Festival 2025; representatives of leaders of a number of departments, branches, and units; representatives of sponsoring units; and a large number of people and domestic and international tourists.

At the festival, on the brilliant streets such as An Duong Vuong - Xuan Dieu - Le Thanh Ton - Nguyen Hue - Le Hong Phong - Tang Bat Ho - Nguyen Tat Thanh, people and tourists will be immersed in the festive atmosphere, where the carnival colors, vibrant music , in harmony with the echoing gong sounds, the profound Bai Choi melodies, the powerful traditional martial arts of Binh Dinh... The bustling footsteps, the cheerful melodies will recreate the joy of labor of farmers, fishermen, workers, together sublimating in new vitality, with new faith and new success.

The splendid flower floats with creative models associated with ocean tuna and basalt coffee send a message of love for the homeland, pride in identity and strong development aspirations of Gia Lai on a new journey.

The street festival with the theme “Colors of the sea” is truly a meeting place for tourists and artists and a place to express the feelings and aspirations of the Gia Lai ethnic community. This is also an opportunity to promote the image of a new Gia Lai, a friendly and attractive destination with great potential.
