Phu Dong commune residents excitedly receive gifts on the occasion of National Day

It is known that before that, the People's Committee of Phu Dong commune widely announced on the commune's radio system about the time, location, subjects, and form of receiving money so that people in the commune know and implement.

According to the plan, the total amount of money spent on gifts for people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 in Phu Dong commune is more than 10,952 billion VND. The payment is made to each household, the head of the household is the recipient.

For cases where money cannot be received on this occasion for various reasons, the Commune People's Committee will continue to review to make payments in accordance with Government regulations.

Comrade Dao Duc Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Dong Commune, said: "The policy of giving gifts on Independence Day demonstrates the deep concern of the Party and State for the people's lives. The commune has directed the villages to urgently implement it, ensuring that all people in the commune receive gifts before September 2."

To ensure the payment is smooth, fast and to the right recipients, the People's Committee of Phu Dong Commune has arranged payment points in the area, suitable for each residential group. The preparation work was carried out urgently and methodically. Before that, by 0:00 on August 31, the ward police force had finished processing population data, checking information, and comparing lists to ensure absolute accuracy in identifying gift recipients.

The payment arrangement work is implemented scientifically by Phu Dong commune, convenient for the people.

By early morning of September 1, all preparations at the payment points had been completed. Reception desks, guidance areas, people's flow, information checking systems and security and order plans were all fully set up. Ward officials, ward police officers and village officials were present very early to be ready to welcome people to receive gifts.

The atmosphere at the payment points was serious, orderly but also warm, as people felt the care and thoughtfulness of the local authorities. In order for the payment to be effective, the commune leaders closely directed, regularly checked the progress, and promptly resolved any difficulties that arose at the payment points. At the same time, the leaders also encouraged the spirit of the commune police officers, commune officials and villages - those who did not mind their days off, willing to work continuously to serve the people.
