Binh Thuan - a land rich in cultural identity
Binh Thuan is located in the South Central Coast, a locality that converges many unique cultural features of the community of 35 ethnic groups working together to build and develop their homeland. Historical and cultural relics in the province have different dates of establishment. Binh Thuan currently has 4 heritages included in the List of National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. In particular, the pottery art of the Cham people in Binh Duc village (Phan Hiep, Bac Binh) has been included in the list of Intangible Cultural Heritage in need of urgent protection by UNESCO (United NationsEducational , Scientific and Cultural Organization). In addition, there are 2 treasures recognized as national treasures: the Avalokitesvara Statue of Bac Binh and the Golden Linga. These are all attractive tourism resources, the driving force to attract more and more domestic and international visitors.

Thanks to promoting the advantages of destinations and effectively taking advantage of favorable factors, tourism promotion activities have been strengthened, in 2024, Binh Thuan tourism is estimated to welcome 9.657 million visitors for sightseeing and relaxation (up 15.64% compared to 2023). Of which, international visitors are estimated to reach nearly 400,000 (up 43.41%), mainly from Korea, China, Russia, Germany, UK, USA, France, Netherlands...
