Previously, the Appraisal Team to review the scope of influence and effectiveness of local initiatives held a meeting to review and vote on 62 initiatives that were recognized from the grassroots level and 21 initiatives were not recognized.

Of the 41 recognized initiatives, 18 are on solutions related to the fields of information technology application, digital transformation and administrative reform.

The results of recognizing the 41 initiatives mentioned above are the basis for serving the emulation and reward work, especially the proposal to recognize the title of grassroots emulation fighter; at the same time, proposing to recognize the scope of influence and effectiveness of application at the provincial level, as a basis for higher emulation titles.
