More than 2 days after surgery, the male engineer who was hit by a mine explosion was transferred to the intensive care unit (ICU). Here, the treatment team assessed that the patient needed to be transferred to a higher level to thoroughly control the injury and provide more specialized intervention.

Within 5 hours of the assessment, under the command of the leader of Level 2 Field Hospital No. 7, the relevant departments coordinated with the Operations Department (Ops) and the Air Ambulance Transport Team (AMET) to receive the Pakistani patient, put him on a vehicle in coordination with the Security Department to the airport (Helipad) and transported him by special flight. This situation also ended the general rehearsal.
