Italy A group of YouTubers driving a Lamborghini Urus to film a challenge video crashed into a family car in Rome, killing a baby and injuring two people.
The accident occurred on the afternoon of June 14 when a group of YouTubers were performing a challenge to sit in a Lamborghini Urus for 50 hours straight in Rome, Italy. Three of the five people in the sports car were from a group called "The Borderline", which specializes in performing unusual challenges on YouTube.
While the group was driving and filming, the Lamborghini Urus crashed into a family car, killing 5-year-old Manuel Proietti, while injuring his mother and 4-year-old sister.

Matteo Di Pietro, 20, is believed to be the driver of the car that caused the accident. Witnesses said the YouTuber was driving the Lamborghini at high speed trying to overtake another car and crashed into Manuel's family's Smart Fourfour.
"I was at home when I heard a loud noise. A few minutes later, many people came. A young man tried to give the boy first aid and artificial respiration. I didn't dare go near because the scene was too terrifying," said a local.
Two hours before the crash, Vito Loiacono, one of the group of people in the Lamborghini, posted a video on TikTok mocking other cheap cars.
A member of the YouTuber group, with 600,000 subscribers, shared on Instagram on June 15 that he was not the driver and sent condolences to the victim's family.
Italian Transport Minister Matteo Salvini said on Facebook that he could "propose and approve new highway laws, but we can do nothing about the stupid actions that lead to tragedies".
