Naval Region 4 launches campaign to support Cuban people

On August 29, the Naval Region 4 Command held a ceremony to launch a fundraising campaign to support the Cuban people. Attending the ceremony were Rear Admiral Nguyen Anh Tuan - Commander of Naval Region 4; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Xuan Binh - Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of Naval Region 4.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Xuan Binh emphasized that this is not only material support but also a continuation of the good tradition, the special and loyal friendship between the two Parties, two States and peoples of Vietnam and Cuba, continuing the noble international sentiment between the two nations.

After the launching ceremony, the amount of money donated by officers and soldiers reached 23.8 million VND, showing compassion and sharing with international friends.
