In the first 6 months of 2023, the Party Committee and Command of Naval Region 1 led and directed the comprehensive completion of tasks. Notably: Leadership strictly maintained combat readiness regime; firmly managed and protected the sovereignty of assigned seas and islands; well implemented the new organizational and staffing schedule; training, organization and participation in competitions and sports events achieved good quality; regularity, discipline, and safety assurance had many positive changes.
