Announcing the Decision to establish Suoi Hai commune and handing over decisions on personnel work

Chief Prosecutor of Hanoi People's Procuracy Dao Thinh Cuong attended and presented the Decision.

Attending the ceremony were leaders of Ba Vi district; Standing Committee, Standing Committee, Executive Committee of Suoi Hai commune Party Committee; Party Secretaries, affiliated Party cells; cadres, civil servants, and public employees of Party Committees, People's Councils, People's Committees, Fatherland Front Committees of the commune and representatives of socio- political organizations.

At the conference, the Organizing Committee announced and presented the decisions of the Hanoi Party Committee on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary and Inspection Committee of the Suoi Hai Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. The Resolution of the Standing Committee of the City People's Council appointed the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Heads of the Committees of the Commune People's Council.

According to the announced decisions: Comrade Do Manh Hung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Vi district, holds the position of Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Suoi Hai commune; Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Manh holds the position of Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune; Comrade Nguyen Minh Duc holds the position of Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of the commune; Comrade Le Quang Hao holds the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune.

Along with that, Hanoi city also appointed comrades to hold the positions of heads of specialized departments according to the structure, ensuring capacity and quality, serving well the operation and implementation of two-level government in the locality.

Suoi Hai Commune was established on the basis of merging the entire area and population of two communes: Tan Linh and Ba Trai before, with a total area of 51.56 km², population of 35,201 people. The commune People's Committee headquarters is located in Duc Thinh village.

Local records show that people in Suoi Hai commune expressed their joy and expectations for the new staff to help resolve administrative procedures more quickly, while creating favorable conditions for agricultural economic models combined with services and tourism to develop in association with natural advantages and local cultural identity.
