Major General Pham Thanh Khiet, Deputy Director, Chief of Staff of the General Department of Defense Industry delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

In addition to the achievements and advantages, the conference mainly pointed out shortcomings and limitations, analyzed and clarified the causes, presented lessons and proposed directions, tasks, goals and measures to implement the Strategy in the period 2025-2030.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Major General Pham Thanh Khiet emphasized, summarized, and highlighted the achievements and results in implementing the campaign "The military HCDD follows Uncle Ho's teachings" of the General Department; pointed out a number of shortcomings and limitations that need to be quickly corrected and overcome. At the same time, he requested that in the coming time, agencies and units in the General Department need to thoroughly grasp and successfully implement resolutions, directives, and conclusions of all levels on military and defense tasks, Logistics Commands, and instructions for implementing the campaign "The military HCDD follows Uncle Ho's teachings" of the Ministry of National Defense , and the target of the campaign "Determined to Win" to synchronously and comprehensively deploy the contents and measures of the campaign "The military HCDD follows Uncle Ho's teachings" of the General Department.

Actively research and apply science , promote administrative reform, digital transformation in logistics work; focus on building a team of logistics officers and staff, and a strong logistics agency.

The Head of the General Department of Defense Industry awarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement "The Army logistics sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" for the period 2020-2025.

In addition to the above key tasks, Major General Pham Thanh Khiet requested that the General Department's PTTD in the coming period should focus on ensuring good logistics for training, exercises, research, testing of new weapons, natural disaster prevention, search and rescue and other unexpected tasks.
