Lieutenant Colonel, PhD Phan Thi Huong impressed her comrades and teammates with her serious and responsible working spirit, meticulous preparation for each lecture and each class hour. For her, each lecture is a time to ignite passion, stimulate scientific thinking and inspire students to learn. From the 2022-2023 school year up to now, Lieutenant Colonel, PhD Phan Thi Huong has not only been recognized as an excellent lecturer at the Academy level, won first prize in the Academy-level Teaching Method Competition, but also directly presided over the development of E-learning lectures for the subject "Theory of Probability and Statistics", contributing to the innovation of teaching methods in a modern and flexible direction.

In addition to teaching the main curriculum, Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Phan Thi Huong also participates in advanced training of students, and together with other lecturers guides the Calculus Olympic team to review and participate in the National Mathematics Olympiad for students - an activity that contributes to discovering and fostering professional capacity for students with qualities and passion for Mathematics.

In scientific research, comrade Phan Thi Huong quietly and persistently pursues the main research direction of "Research on qualitative and quantitative properties of stochastic differential equations with singular kernels". During the period 2023-2025, Lieutenant Colonel, Doctor Phan Thi Huong has published 8 scientific articles in prestigious international journals in the ISI and Scopus categories, is the head of a ministerial-level project, the head of a project that won the Third Prize of the Creative Youth Award in the Army and participates in many projects at all levels, associated with the orientation of increasing application in teaching practice and improving training quality.

Not only good at her profession, Lieutenant Colonel, Doctor Phan Thi Huong also plays a good role as Vice President of the Women's Union of the Institute of Information Technology and Communications, and Party Committee member of the Center. She organizes many meaningful activities, connecting brothers and sisters in the unit. She is also always at the forefront of the movements of the Center, the Institute and participates in many army-wide competitions such as: Competition of Excellent Women's Union Cadres, Competition of Excellent Grassroots Trade Union Chairmen, Festival of Lullabies, Folk Songs and Traditional Music of the Vietnamese People, The Fifth Political Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation in 2025 in the Army... In any role, Lieutenant Colonel, Doctor Phan Thi Huong always demonstrates a sense of responsibility, inquisitiveness, thoughtfulness, sophistication and initiative.

With outstanding contributions, Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Phan Thi Huong was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Minister of National Defense, a Certificate of Merit by the Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, and is a typical advanced face of the Academy in the period 2019-2024, and a typical advanced woman in the entire army in the period 2020-2025.

Learning from Uncle Ho in his dedication and humility, Lieutenant Colonel, Doctor Phan Thi Huong often does not talk about what she has done. She chooses to show it through concrete actions: coming to class on time, preparing lessons carefully, taking on extra work to support colleagues, willing to stay for hours to guide students on a difficult concept, or updating new software and tools herself to improve teaching effectiveness. That is the natural and profound way to learn from Uncle Ho - learning from his attitude towards work and responsibility towards students.

Sharing about her future orientation, Lieutenant Colonel, Doctor Phan Thi Huong confided: “I want to spread more positive energy to everyone, especially the sisters and the younger generation in the Academy. I hope to be able to motivate the sisters to be more courageous, more confident and to promote their strengths. For myself, I always determine that I need to try and improve myself to contribute more to the unit and the Army. That is not only an immediate goal, but also an ideal that I pursue all my life.”
