On the 5th competition night, the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival DIFF 2025 welcomed the new team Faseecom from Korea. Competing for the first time at DIFF, the Korean team is expected to bring a new, modern performance, integrating technology and creativity, continuing the new and impressive wave that this year's new team is creating in the sky of the Han River.
Established in 1997, Faseecom Co., Ltd is one of the pioneers in Korea in combining the art of fireworks, pyrotechnics with multimedia performance technologies. The team owns experienced veterans and a generation of bold, experimental young artists. It is the interesting intersection between tradition and innovation that helps Faseecom's fireworks not only ensure technicality, but also rich in poetry, bringing sublime emotional experiences to the audience.

With the desire to create a unique identity for modern fireworks, the representative from Korea will bring to DIFF 2025 a performance called “Flying Dragon Dance”. Inspired by the image of the Dragon, a meaningful cultural symbol of East Asian countries and the image of the brand bridge of Da Nang, the Korean fireworks team will stage a cinematic light work.
The performance consists of 5 chapters, depicting in turn: The birth of the Dragon, the journey of growth of the city on the Han River, modern vitality, future aspirations and ending with a brilliant song of light - as a wish for a Da Nang to break through and reach out to the world .

Mr. Jung Young Ho, Captain of the Korean Fireworks Team shared: “We would like to send our sincere thanks to the audience for always watching and supporting. The message that the Korean team wants to convey is “harmony and hope” – because in life there are always difficulties, but art, especially fireworks, can connect everyone together in joy and sharing. Everyone is different, but we believe this night of light will bring happiness to everyone.”
Competing against Korea is Martarello Group SRL, considered the “giant” of the fireworks industry from Italy. This is the most successful team at DIFF, having twice stepped onto the championship podium in 2017 and 2018, won the runner-up position in 2023 and conquered the audience with the title of “Most Favorite Team” at DIFF 2024.
With a history of over 100 years, the representative from Italy is a symbol of sustainability and innovation in the world of fireworks art. This brand has made a strong impression at many prestigious playgrounds such as: First Prize Pyronale in Germany in 2015, Second Prize Zagreb Fireworks Festival in Croatia in 2017, First Prize Liuyang International Fireworks Conference in China in 2019...

At DIFF 2025, the Italian fireworks team brought the work “Harmony of Light – Opening the Future”, inspired by the strong transformation journey of Da Nang in the new era. Opening with a brilliant dawn – a symbol of the beginning, the performance took the audience through colorful waves symbolizing the vitality, energy and aspiration of the city on the Han River. The climax was a series of synchronized effects combining fireworks and music , ending with a brilliant finale as an affirmation of a breakthrough era.

Mr. Giorgio Bonaccio, Captain of the Italian fireworks team, shared that DIFF is a special stage and they feel honored to continue to conquer the audience here: “We have chosen the best music, worthy of competing with the best teams. The goal is not only to conquer the audience but also to create real emotions. Who knows, after that night of fireworks, you can meet your other half. Thank you for the great music and excellent performance, that is what we hope the audience will feel”.
In particular, on the night of June 28, many legendary football stars from the UK's Manchester United Club such as Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs, Michael Owen... came to the stands to watch the fireworks display. This is a rare moment for football fans, hoping to create a highlight when the art of fireworks, music and sports blend together in a cultural space with a strong international character.
