With the theme "Entrepreneurship for a new era", WEF Tianjin 2025 is attended by more than 1,700 delegates including senior leaders, representatives of agencies, ministries, international organizations, experts, scholars and business leaders from nearly 100 countries around the world .
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and five heads of state/government, including Chinese Premier Li Qiang, Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, Senegalese Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko, Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa and Kyrgyzstani Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev, attended the plenary opening session.

Accompanying the Prime Minister were Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son, along with leaders of the Ministries of Science and Technology, Natural Resources and Environment, Finance, Construction, Industry and Trade, the State Bank and the Government Office.
As the host of the Conference, Chinese Premier Li Qiang affirmed the important significance of the WEF Tianjin 2025 in promoting multilateralism, global trade and investment, and entrepreneurship in the face of fundamental changes in the world economic environment.

Within the framework of the Conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended and spoke at a number of important Discussion Sessions and was a special guest of the National Policy Dialogue on the theme “Vietnam – The Era of Rising: Vision to Action”. This is the third consecutive time Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has been invited by the World Economic Forum to attend the World Economic Forum Pioneers Annual Meeting. This demonstrates the WEF’s respect and appreciation for Vietnam’s growing role and position, Vietnam’s impressive achievements in economic and social growth and development, and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh himself.
