Vingroup Corporation and Shopee Company Limited - representing Sea Ltd. have just signed a Memorandum of Understanding on infrastructure development for e-commerce order fulfillment services, enhancing digital connections between businesses and buyers and developing a sustainable digital ecosystem.
Cooperation aims to create new values for businesses, enhance consumer experiences and positively impact society as a whole.
Specifically, the two sides will jointly research and deploy delivery support solutions for Shopee's third-party logistics partners (3PL), including the integration of VinFast electric vehicles and other innovative delivery solutions, to improve the quality of delivery services. This activity will help sellers reach a wider range of buyers across the country, while clearly demonstrating their commitment to building a sustainable, smart and efficient logistics model.

The two sides will also cooperate in researching the integration of smart lockers across Vingroup's extensive urban system, including Vinhomes residential areas and Vincom shopping centers for receiving goods. This will be an added convenience, providing buyers with flexible options in the method of receiving orders, both safe and suitable for personal shopping habits.

The cooperation agreement between Vingroup and Shopee is expected to set new standards for e-commerce and digital connectivity in Vietnam, promote growth for businesses, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and improve the overall online shopping experience for millions of consumers.
