Chinese Premier Li Qiang is making his first official visit to Vietnam in his new position. This is also the first visit by a Chinese Premier to Vietnam in 11 years.
At noon on October 13, at the Government headquarters, right after the talks, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Chinese Premier Li Qiang witnessed the handover of cooperation documents between the two countries. There were 10 cooperation documents handed over in the presence of the two Prime Ministers.
