Government Office has new Deputy Chief

(NLDO) - After Mr. Pham Manh Cuong, 54 years old, was appointed, the Government Office now has 5 Deputy Directors.


Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision No. 515/QD-TTg dated March 4, 2025 appointing Mr. Pham Manh Cuong, Director of the Department of Agriculture , Government Office to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Government Office.

New Deputy Head of the Government Office Pham Manh Cuong

Mr. Pham Manh Cuong was born in 1971, his hometown is Nam Truc district, Nam Dinh province. He is a Doctor of Agricultural Science (at Goettingen University - Germany), Master of Natural Resource Management (at Asian Institute of Technology), Bachelor of General Silviculture (at Vietnam Forestry University).

Mr. Pham Manh Cuong is a well-trained officer with over 30 years of experience working in local and central government agencies. Of these, he has over 20 years as a specialist and department-level leader at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, 2 years as Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Tuyen Quang province, and 7 years as Head of Department at the Government Office.

The current leadership of the Government Office includes Minister and Director Tran Van Son and Deputy Directors: Mr. Nguyen Sy Hiep, Ms. Mai Thi Thu Van, Mr. Do Ngoc Huynh, Mr. Trinh Manh Linh and Mr. Pham Manh Cuong.
