Regarding the organization of the trial operation of the Public Administration Service Center, according to preliminary assessment, Na Sang commune has fully implemented the content according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.
At Thanh Nua commune, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Thanh Do attended and directed the trial operation of the first session of the Commune People's Council after the arrangement; inspected the trial operation of the process of receiving, processing and resolving administrative procedures according to the 2-level local government model for the Public Administration Service Center.
The content of the trial operation of the Public Administration Service Center includes: Administrative procedures for issuing marriage status certificates online and administrative procedures for receiving benefits when a meritorious person receiving preferential benefits passes away online. This will serve as a basis for evaluation and experience to ensure that official operations are smooth, effective and efficient.
Thanh Nua Commune Public Administration Service Center has installed a pilot public service kiosk (there are 3 public service kiosks installed in the province). People coming to do procedures only need to insert their ID card into the slot on the kiosk, the machine will automatically create a copy and return the original documents. After that, the machine will print a receipt and notify the necessary procedures, people will receive an appointment and leave. The kiosk is shaped like an ATM, easy to carry out procedures, helping people coming to do administrative procedures without having to wait in line, shortening the time.
At Dien Bien Phu ward, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Giang Thi Hoa directly attended and directed the trial operation of the first session of the Provincial People's Council and the operation of the Public Administration Service Center.
Dien Bien Phu Ward Public Administration Service Center has fully prepared the necessary facilities and equipment, publicly posted all commune-level administrative procedures and arranged a team of officials and civil servants to receive and process administrative procedures for people. During the trial operation, online and interconnected administrative procedures were received and processed promptly, ensuring proper procedures. In particular, for interconnected administrative procedures, the processing process was smooth and synchronous, and the processing time was significantly shortened compared to before.
The organization of the trial operation of the People's Council and the Public Administration Service Center of communes and wards aims to review, evaluate and perfect the processes and procedures in the direction and operation work. At the same time, it tests the ability to receive, process and return results of records and administrative procedures of the People's Committee at the commune level and the staff and civil servants when serving individuals and organizations in need. The goal is to ensure that when the apparatus officially comes into operation (from July 1), it will operate smoothly, synchronously, promptly, effectively and efficiently, improving the quality of service to the people.
