Gia Lai and Binh Dinh cooperate to pilot the model of two-level local government connection

On the afternoon of June 25, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province coordinated with the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province to organize a trial operation of sending and receiving electronic documents and handling administrative procedures according to the two-level local government model of the new Gia Lai province.

According to the pilot operation scenario, 10 key communes and wards of Gia Lai province will provide public services for extracting household registration and implementing land procedures with Binh Dinh.

Among them, the administrative procedures that are being piloted are household registration excerpts, land division, and land use rights change registration. In addition, the remaining 67 communes and wards of Gia Lai are piloting the full-process public service of household registration excerpts.

Directly supervising the trial operation, Mr. Nguyen Huu Que, Vice Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee, said that in the past time, to prepare for the operation of the 2-level local government, the Public Administration Service Centers of Gia Lai and Binh Dinh provinces have coordinated to build a common system of the province to handle administrative procedures for the people.

According to Mr. Nguyen Huu Que, the trial operation of two administrative procedures this afternoon went smoothly. People found it convenient to submit and wait for results.

From the above results, the province believes that on July 1, when the two-level local government officially operates, people will easily carry out administrative procedures and the government will serve the people better.
