On December 26-27, the Quang Yen Town National Defense and SecurityEducation Council organized a training course on national defense and security knowledge for owners of ships and boats; and aquaculture households in the town.
70 students will study and research topics such as: The Party's viewpoints, policies and laws of the Vietnamese State on ethnicity and religion associated with national defense and security in the new situation; protecting political, economic, cultural and ideological security; state management of security and order; preventing and combating the strategy of " Peaceful Evolution" and violent overthrow of hostile forces against Vietnam; some basic contents of the strategy to protect national borders; managing and protecting Vietnam's sovereignty over seas and islands in the new situation...
The training course aims to improve knowledge and awareness for owners of ships, boats and fishermen to effectively apply them in organizing the implementation of the two tasks of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland in the new situation.
