The launching ceremony of youth volunteer teams participating in supporting the operation of two-level local governments and providing online public services at the grassroots level was organized by the Central Youth Union in Cau Giay Ward (Hanoi City), connecting online with eight responding points in the cities: Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Da Nang, Hai Phong and the provinces of Quang Ninh, An Giang, Thai Nguyen, Cao Bang.

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Student Association Nguyen Minh Triet said: The youth volunteer program nationwide will take place in July and August 2025. In particular, the priority focus is on 286 communes, wards and special zones associated with the border.

In particular, in conjunction with the model of "Digital Literacy for the People" and "Community Digital Technology Team", the People's Public Security Youth Force also established more than a thousand specialized teams, deployed more than 1,600 sessions to popularize digital skills, attracting more than 170,000 union members to participate.
