Consulting, job referrals and vocational training for people who have completed their prison sentences

In Quang Tri town, Quang Tri Provincial Police coordinated with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Women's Union; and Provincial Youth Union to organize a conference to provide consultation, job introduction, and vocational training for people who have completed their prison sentences and workers.

At the conference, nearly 150 people who have completed their prison sentences in Trieu Phong, Hai Lang districts and Quang Tri town were informed about the Party and State's policies on community reintegration; credit work for people who have completed their prison sentences according to Decision No. 22/2023/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister ; propaganda on gender equality, and advice on sexual health care.

At the same time, the Provincial Employment Service Center introduces information on policies and laws on the labor market; labor market information, job referrals, vocational training in and outside the province; work sending workers to work abroad... so that people who have completed their prison sentences have the opportunity to learn and choose suitable careers.

The organizers also presented 30 gifts to people who had completed their prison sentences and returned to their hometowns with good achievements, each gift worth 500,000 VND.
