Strengthen inspection and supervision of products whose OCOP product recognition has expired.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment requests the People's Committees of communes and wards (Vinh Trach, Vinh Hau, Lang Tron, Gia Rai, Phong Thanh, Phong Hiep, Bac Lieu , Hong Dan, Ganh Hao, Vinh Phuoc, Dinh Thanh, Long Dien, Ninh Quoi and An Trach) to strengthen inspection and supervision of 39 products whose OCOP product certification has expired, reminding entities not to use the OCOP product certification mark (OCOP logo) to print or stick on product packaging and labels. If entities continue to use the OCOP product certification mark on products whose certification has expired, they will be handled according to regulations.
For products recognized by the People's Committee of Bac Lieu province (old) in 2022 in Decision No. 436/QD-UBND dated November 21, 2022, they will expire from November 21, 2025, including 27 products of 18 entities.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment requests the People's Committees of communes and wards (Vinh Trach, Vinh Hau, Chau Thoi, Vinh Loi, Lang Tron, Gia Rai, Phong Thanh, Phuoc Long, Ninh Thanh Loi, Dong Hai, Dinh Thanh and Ganh Hao) to notify 18 entities of 27 products whose OCOP product recognition has expired; at the same time, propagate and mobilize entities to continue to maintain, improve, enhance product quality, complete registration dossiers, re-evaluate products (if needed) to be re-issued OCOP product certificates of Ca Mau province (if qualified) according to regulations.
