Warning: From tonight (August 24) to August 28, a flood will occur on rivers from Thanh Hoa to Hue. During this flood, the flood peak on small rivers, Ca River (Nghe An), Ngan Sau River, Ngan Pho River, La River ( Ha Tinh ), Gianh River, Kien Giang River, Thach Han River (Quang Tri) will rise to level BĐ2 - BĐ3 and above BĐ3; Buoi River, upper Ma River (Thanh Hoa), Bo River, Huong River (Hue City) will rise to level BĐ1 - BĐ2 and above BĐ2; lower Ma River will rise above level BĐ1.
There is a high risk of flooding in low-lying areas along rivers, urban areas, densely populated areas, flash floods and landslides on steep slopes in mountainous areas from Thanh Hoa to Hue .
Risk of insecurity at important small hydroelectric and irrigation reservoirs.
