Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education has 2 new vice principals

(NLDO) - The Council of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education has just appointed two vice principals for the 2020-2025 term.

Two new vice principals of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education have been appointed.

The two vice principals of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education have just been appointed: Dr. Quach Thanh Hai (Head of Training Department) and Associate Professor Dr. Chau Dinh Thanh (Head of Construction Department) of the school.

Dr. Quach Thanh Hai (52 years old, from Ninh Binh ) is a former student of the electrification and power supply department of the university. In 1995, after graduating, he continued to work at the university and held many important positions such as: Deputy Head of the Faculty of Electricity; Deputy Head of the Department of In-service Training Management; Head of the Department of Non-formal Training (now the Department of Cooperation & Training Development); Head of the Department of Administration and Project Management; Head of the Department of Training.

Associate Professor, Dr. Chau Dinh Thanh (49 years old, from Quang Binh ) started working at the school in 2012 after graduating with a PhD in construction from Korea University. A year later, he was Head of the Department of Construction Structures, Faculty of Construction and Applied Mechanics, then continued to hold the positions of Deputy Head of the Faculty of Construction and Applied Mechanics; Head of the Faculty of Construction. In 2019, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor.

With the above appointment decisions, the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education has 3 members, of which Associate Professor, Dr. Le Hieu Giang holds the position of acting principal.
