Head of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Ton Thien Dong visited and presented gifts to policy families

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, July 27, the Provincial Party Committee's working delegation led by Comrade Ton Thien Dong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, visited and presented gifts to policy families in Da Teh 2 and Cat Tien communes.

Comrade Ton Thien Dong kindly inquired about the health and life of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Phan Thi Tu.

On this occasion, the delegation visited Vietnamese Heroic Mother Phan Thi Tu, in village 9, Da Teh 2 commune. Mother Phan Thi Tu is currently 94 years old, and her husband and son are martyrs.

Here, the leaders of the delegation respectfully offered incense and paid tribute to the husband and children of Heroic Vietnamese Mother Phan Thi Tu, and the martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, protecting the Fatherland and for the independence and freedom of the People.

At the same time, he kindly asked about the health and life of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Phan Thi Tu, wishing her good health, longevity, and a happy life with her children and grandchildren, always being an example and a spiritual support for her family, homeland, and country.

Comrade Ton Thien Dong presented gifts to the family of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Phan Thi Tu.

On this occasion, the delegation also visited and presented gifts to the family of Mr. Vu Duy Chuyen, born in 1949, a 61-70% disabled veteran, living in residential group 15, Cat Tien commune. Mr. Chuyen's family has 3 children, 1 son and 1 daughter working as workers in Ho Chi Minh City, 1 daughter working as a farmer in the locality. The family's circumstances are still difficult due to frequent medical treatment.

Comrade Ton Thien Dong kindly asked about the health and life of the wounded and sick soldiers and expressed his deep gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of the wounded and sick soldiers. He affirmed that the Party Committee and government of Lam Dong province always remember the contributions of previous generations and will continue to pay more attention and take better care of the material and spiritual life of those who have contributed to the revolution.
