Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises Vietnamese citizens about the situation on the Thailand-Cambodia border

On the afternoon of July 25, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a notice, recommending that Vietnamese citizens should not travel to areas with complicated security developments.

Specifically, regarding the situation on the Thailand-Cambodia border, the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends:

Vietnamese citizens in the area need to monitor and strictly comply with regulations and instructions of local authorities, including not going to areas with complicated security developments.

* On the same day, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also said that on the evening of July 6, an accident killed two Vietnamese citizens in Germany (Nguyen Duy Quang and Nguyen Quang Minh) and injured two other citizens, one of whom was seriously injured and is being treated in hospital (Hoang Trung Hieu).

Following the direction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Vietnamese Consulate General in Frankfurt has taken necessary citizen protection measures, including contacting the victims' relatives, providing guidance on funeral procedures and legal issues for the two deceased victims, and coordinating with the Vietnamese community in Germany to support the victims' relatives who are being treated at the hospital...
