Prepare well for the military parade and mass march in the overall activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2

On the afternoon of July 28, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong chaired a working session with the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library on organizing military parades, mass marches, and formations in the overall activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

According to Decision No. 12-QD/BCĐTW dated June 10, 2025 of the Central Steering Committee on celebrating major holidays and important events of the country in the three years 2023 - 2025 on approving the overall project of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to organize the formation at the parade and marching ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

To carry out the above task, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has assigned the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library to manage the puzzle. According to the plan, students from a number of universities/colleges will participate in the puzzle at the celebration.

At the meeting, delegates discussed issues related to: practice time, diet, means of transportation, performance costumes, etc. of the puzzle.

Working scene.

Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong requested the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library to quickly establish contact points with schools whose students participated in the formation to closely control and manage; at the same time, organize meetings with the above units to resolve difficulties and problems during the implementation process. In addition, the participants must ensure adequate health, practice time and performance quality throughout their participation in the celebration.

The successful organization of commemorative activities is not only an opportunity to express national pride but also contributes to enhancing the spirit of solidarity and arousing the will to rise up in every Vietnamese citizen on the journey of national development. This is also an opportunity for the younger generation to express their deep gratitude to the generations of fathers and brothers who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland./.
