Speaking at the conference, Colonel Lai Van Tuan acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Regiment in the first 6 months of 2025; at the same time, he requested: In the last 6 months of the year, the Party Committee of Regiment 719 will focus on improving the quality and efficiency of production and business activities; strengthen inspection and supervision during the performance of tasks; pay attention to the lives of cadres, employees and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances; carry out mass mobilization work well, maintain close solidarity with local Party committees and authorities in the new situation; raise awareness among subjects about the application of science and technology and digital transformation, and implement the movement "Digital Education for the People" in the Regiment.

At the conference, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Vu Van Luong, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Regiment 719, thoroughly grasped the resolution on leadership in implementing tasks for the last 6 months of 2025; delegates contributed opinions, analyzed and clarified the results achieved, pointed out limitations and shortcomings; at the same time proposed solutions to overcome and set out directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.

At the conference, Regiment 719 launched a peak emulation campaign with the theme "Raise high the August red flag - Compete to win 3 first prizes".
