With the specific task of propaganda work requiring initiative and creativity, Lieutenant Pham Thuy Duong has advised the commander on the content and form of propaganda suitable for each target and each time. Thuy Duong actively updates her knowledge, improves her expertise, and constantly innovates methods to improve the quality of propaganda and traditionaleducation .

In the management and organization of activities at the Traditional Department of the Provincial Military Command, she has made many effective proposals on arranging and introducing documents, images, and artifacts, thereby contributing to educating the tradition for officers and soldiers.

Not only did Thuy Duong complete her professional tasks well, she also actively participated in the rehearsal for the parade at the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification. Currently, she and her teammates continue to actively practice for the parade mission at the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2. "Despite the hot weather, I am determined to be serious and make every effort to perform my duties in the most important celebration of the country," said Lieutenant Pham Thuy Duong.

Working closely with the Youth Union and Women's Union, Thuy Duong has always been a dynamic and creative factor, with many outstanding contributions. She is an active member of the "Godmother" Program launched by the Women's Union of the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command, directly caring for and encouraging two children in especially difficult circumstances in Quang Trung Commune (Tu Ky, Hai Duong). With her dedication and responsibility, she and the members not only provide material support but also serve as a spiritual support, helping the children overcome their circumstances and rise up in life. In addition, Thuy Duong also actively participates in the movements: "Young Army members join hands to build new rural areas", "Raising piggy banks to save money", donating to build the fund "100 Dong House", "House of Gratitude", "Charity Fund", "Child Protection"...

Not only is she good at her profession and exemplary in her work, Lieutenant Pham Thuy Duong is also an excellent athlete. At the 2024 National Defense Sports Festival, she won a gold medal in unarmed combat. With her dedication, responsibility and progressive spirit, Lieutenant Pham Thuy Duong has gradually asserted herself during her work and has been awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level (2022, 2023, 2024); a certificate of merit from the Minister of National Defense for her outstanding achievements in the 2022-2024 period. In 2024, Thuy Duong was honored to be recognized by the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense as a Promising Young Face of the Army.
